Mr. Eugene is of Counsel at Lex Prime. He specializes in corporate law, corporate services, accounting, and tax planning. His forte is in establishing and maintaining effective corporate structures and tax optimization not only in Thailand but around the world. He has rich managerial experience in various fields, which enables him to be able to think out of the box, understand exactly what the client really needs, and always find the right solution. Mr. Eugene is also a branch manager at the Thai branch of Intracorp, an international corporate service provider.
