Ms. Sawanya is of counsel and co-founder of Lex Prime. She practices Thai law for more than 15 years. Her specialized areas of expertise are Civil and Commercial Litigation, Corporate & Labor Law, Restructuring and Bankruptcy, Family law, and Real Estate. Ms. Sawanya has extensive experience in Real Estate transactions and litigation in Thailand, including high stake commercial disputes. Her ability to always find solutions in difficult situations makes her one of the best litigators in Thailand. She is also highly experienced in Family law and Probate Procedures and helped many Thai and Foreign clients with all kinds of probate and family issues in Thailand. Another area of Ms. Sawanya expertise is Corporate Law. She advises on Business Structure and legal compliance in Thailand for foreign and local businesses.

She obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Law from Thammasat University in 1996, in 2003 she got her Lawyer License to Practice Law in Thailand. After that, she obtained her Master's Degree in General Management from the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA). Currently, she is a Doctor of Law candidate in Real Estate Law.

Ms. Sawanya had been living in California, USA for two years, where she obtained US legal system education under the supervision of a former US District Attorney. She is highly proficient in both spoken and written English. She has a daughter and prefers EV or hybrid cars.
