Mr. Jompol is a partner at Lex Prime. His areas of expertise include criminal litigation, criminal defence, property law, insurance litigation, fraud, and defamation in Thailand. He has previously acted as legal advisor and primary lawyer for the Biblio Globus Asia and Sayama Travel companies, which have brought hundreds of thousands of tourists from CIS countries to Thailand. He has extensive experience assisting clients with criminal matters across Thailand, with this experience enabling him to assist clients in any criminal matter, no matter how complex. Additionally, he is an expert in defamation cases and insurance disputes. Mr. Jompol does not limit himself to criminal law, and alsos provide legal advice and civil litigation services for large development companies in Thailand. Furthermore, he holds the position of secretary and legal advisor to the Honorary Consul of Ukraine in Chonburi Province. His total experience and wide network of connections throughout Thailand enables Mr. Jompol to find the best solutions and legal services for our clients in Thailand. He is fluent in Thai and English, and additionally understands French.
