Mr. Buris Kamonkhumsakun obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Ramkhamhaeng University and is a licensed attorney admitted to the Lawyers Council of Thailand since 2020. He further holds a qualification as a Notarial Services Attorney and is certified in Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) compliance.

Mr. Buris maintains a broad litigation and advisory practice, with a particular focus on civil and commercial disputes, digital assets, and emerging regulatory frameworks. He advises both Thai and foreign clients on anti-money laundering and counter-financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) compliance, transnational criminal organization law, and human trafficking matters, providing strategic legal counsel across complex, cross-border engagements.

In addition to his litigation and criminal defense work, Mr. Buris advises clients on personal data protection compliance under Thailand’s PDPA and civil enforcement matters, including asset tracing and execution proceedings. His practice reflects a commitment to delivering practical, results-oriented legal solutions in an increasingly complex regulatory and technological environment.
